1. When are your branches open?

Our branches are open Monday – to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No noon breaks.

Following valid government issued identification cards are accepted: 

  1. Passport, including those issued by foreign governments
  2. Driver’s license
  3. Senior Citizen card
  4. Voters ID
  5. PRC ID
  6. SSS card/GSIS e-card/UMID
  7. Postal ID
  8. Philhealth ID
  9. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  10. Pag-IBIG ID
 

In the absence of the above-mentioned IDs, the following are considered acceptable:

  1. Police Clearance
  2. NBI clearance
  3. Employment/Office ID
  4. School ID
  5. AFP ID
  6. OFW ID
  7. Alien/Immigrant Certification of Registration
  8. DSWD Certification
  9. IBP ID
  10. OWWA ID
  11. NCWDP (disabled persons)
  12. Barangay certification
  13. Seaman’s book

The Basic Deposit account is the only account that has a maximum deposit limit of P50,000.00. Once the balance exceeds the said amount, the account will be automatically converted to a Regular Savings Deposit account, and additional requirements will follow.

A Dormant Account refers to an account with no client-initiated transactions for two (2) consecutive years. Such accounts will be subject to dormancy fees until the balance reaches zero (0), after which the account will be automatically closed.
